Pleased be advised. We only make our Motojug Bags to fit the 1 Gallon Stainless Steel Jugs now like the 1 Gallon Ozark Trail Jug from Walmart or the RTIC 1 Gallon Stainless Steel Jug. It will also work with the Yeti 1 Gallon Jug but we don’t recommend it as it has a magnet in the lid making it almost impossible to drill your hole for the Hydration tubing into.

This MotoJug Bag is specifically designed and built to fit 1 gallon Stainless Steel Jugs. All necessary tubing, and mounting equipment are included in purchase. (1 Gallon Stainless Steel Jug is not included in a MotoJug Hydration System Purchase)

Please be advised that all 1 gallon Stainless Steel Jugs will require you to drill a hole in the lid somewhere for the hydration tubing to enter the jug. This hole should be just smaller than the tubing to insure a tight fit for the hose. You don’t want the tubing loose in the hole at all. For me a 3/8” drill bit is perfect. I’d suggest trying on a scrap piece of plastic before drilling out your final hole to make sure your drill bit is the right size for your tubing. You’ll also need to create a vent because you’re system will be air tight and make it difficult to draw the water out of your jug. To do this simply just loosen your lid about half a turn or so from tight. This will be enough to make it easier for you to draw the water out of your jug. Warranty: MotoJug Hydration system will warranty our product for 30 Days against manufacture defects. Abuse, crashes and excessive wear are “NOT” covered. We will do our best to make it right with you if you have an issue but holes in fabric from rubbing on you’re bike is not a manufacture defect.

3. Hydration tubing quick disconnect

4. 45 degree Elbow where tubing exits the 1 gallon Jug

5. Silicone Bite Valve for end of Hydration Tubing

6.  Lanyard for hydration tubing

7.  2 3ft straps to secure your system to your bike.

8.  Clear contact paper pieces that you can put on your bike where the system might come into contact with your Bike and rub the paint.  This does not have to be used but one of my customers gave me the idea and he said it works well.  I personally don’t use it.
